Declaration of Non-Disclosure (DND)

This Declaration of Non-Disclosure (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Receiving Party”) and Saudi Energy (“SE”) in connection with access to standards, specifications, and related technical materials made available through the SE Standards Portal (“Confidential Information”).

1. Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes, without limitation, all technical specifications, drawings, test methods, supplier lists, and other proprietary materials disclosed via the Portal. It does not include information already in the public domain or developed independently without reference to SE materials.

2. Use restrictions

The Receiving Party shall use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating, complying with, or otherwise lawfully participating in SE's standards process, and shall not disclose, copy, or distribute such information to any third party without prior written consent of SE.

3. Term

This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the Receiving Party's subscription and for five (5) years thereafter.

4. Personnel

The Receiving Party shall ensure that all personnel granted access to the Portal are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those herein.

5. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.

6. Acknowledgement

By acknowledging this Agreement electronically, the Receiving Party affirms it has read, understood, and accepts these terms.
